The model is seated in an almost "thinker" pose. The soft shape that looks like it might be a neck and head is actually the shoulder and arm, bent. The spot where it meets the top of the quad is actually the elbow. There is not really any of the models' actual head shown here . The pose was much too standard and needed melting. The model did a wonderful job, I just get bored easily and needed to change it up a bit.

This is a continuation of the "Children of the Soft Machine" series I started last year (2006). I still start out drawing large to loosen up and the get blood and magic flowing. Recently I've been finding myself drawing the figures on these smaller sheets of paper that I found. I like working with this natural colored paper. Currently it's making me happy.
